In a nearly-tied game, George Heidebrecht of MEI gained two free shots to score the winning basket against the Abbotsford Senior Secondary School Panthers. The tournement at the Queen Elizabeth gym ended with MEI in top position, Abbotsford second and North Surrey third. For the last three years these three schools have finished in this order.
