"Badminton tournament winners in the 14-16 year old classes received trophies and crests at the Abbotsford Junior Secondary School on Saturday. Mrs W Merrick, one of the founders of the badminton club 15 years ago, donated and presented trophies to the singles champions in the 14 and under boys' and girls' divisions. In front are Janice Bonn, Debbie Green, Maureen Huston, Alan Fadden, William Epp, John Kish and Vicki Kish. In the back are Jill Gibson, Betty Ann Hamm, Mrs W Merrick, Rick Krause and Art Panchiskin." |
