The official opening of the new Abbotsford branch of the Royal Bank. An unidentified Royal Bank teller handles a transaction for Alderman Vic Tessaro. The new location is located on the corner of South Fraser Way and Montrose Avenue. The new facility includes space for several retail stores or offices in addition of the space used by the new branch, as well as a drive-in teller system. The branch was originally slated to open in May, but due to construction issues, the branch opened in September. |
