Salvation Army Red Shield campaign for funds in the MSA area planning committee. Right to left: Treasurer C M Menzies, Publicity officer Cliff Hacker, Captain M Bond of Vancouver, in charge of local appeal, C G Baldwin, Abbotsford Business Canvass, Mrs Henry Penner, Sub-chairman of Clearbrook residential, Henry Matties, Clearbrook Business Canvass, Trevor Beggs, Publicity, and Gilbert Epp, the Campaign Manager who will help Cliff Hacker and Trevor Beggs managing the local appeal for funds. The Committee met at 12pm on Monday to plan the campaign in two sections. The business canvasses in Abbotsford and Clearbrook will be conducted Thursday and Friday, May 25 and May 27. Mrs Penner will organize a small army of residential zone captains and volunteer canvassers to conduct a one day blitz May 30. |
