Nand Singh Banga holding oldest child, Bhagwan Kaur, with wife, Dhan Kaur. Photo was taken in New Westminster where the family lived at the time. Nand worked in Queensborough at Mohawk Lumber Company. The family moved to Abbotsford in 1951 when Nand and the boys returned from India. Dhan Kaur and Bhagwan stayed in India and did not return. |
