Clear glass bottle "a" with cylindrical body. Lower half of bottle has 14 vertical facets. Rounded shoulders are the widest section of the bottle but taper towards a threaded neck. Neck is threaded to receive metal cap "b". Cap has "57 Heinz Varieties" in red and white paint finish. Base is embossed "21 Heinz Great Britain", "R" inside a circle and "11".

Two screws, one below and between the first and second openings, and a second screw, below and between the third and fourth openings.
